Responsible in handling buying and selling of foreign currencies
Verify the total amount received, perform and validate notes legitimacy
To handle internal/external customer inquiries skillfully, resolve customer problems and provide professional services to serve customer better
To perform counter transactions efficiency and accurately
Perform cash reconciliations to ensure all cash transactions are properly reconciled and balanced
Adhere strictly to the company’s internal policies & procedures
To support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
